Shielding Screen Mesh

Shileding signal mesh are produced by China Hebei Xingkuan Tech which are in strict accordance with customer standards, GB T18850-2002 standards and GB / T19001 standards.

Shielding screen mesh has the function of shielding signals. It has the characteristics of non-magnetic and good extensibility. It is divided into brass mesh, red copper mesh and phosphorusbronze mesh. In fact, these three products can be used as shielding mesh, which can play a shielding effect, but the shielding effect of red copper mesh is better.

Mesh Count: Due to the limited domestic wire drawing technology,at present brass mesh and red copper mesh can be up to 280 mesh,phosphor copper mesh -1-500 mesh can be produced.

Wire Dimeter : 0.03-5mm

Hole opening :0.029-50mm

Width : 0.914,1,1.2,1.5,1.8,2,2.5 m ( Strip processing can be carried out as required, and the narrowest can be 3mm)

Length :Ready stock is generally 30 meters long, which can be extended according to customer requirements, up to 180 meters

Feature
Brass wire mesh has appropriate extensibility and own a bit better water filtration performance.

Red copper wire mesh has non-magnetic, poor ductility, wear resistance, fast heat transfer, good conductivity and sound insulation.

Phosphor bronze mesh is non-magnetic and has good extensibility.
